In which Cities are You Located?
What is the minimum age to ride in a tuk tuk?
For safety reasons, the minimum age to ride in our tuk tuks is 4 years old. Children under this age cannot ride in the tuk tuk.
How many people can fit in a tuk tuk?
Each of our vehicles has a maximum capacity of 4 passengers, including adults and children. If your group is larger, you can book multiple tuk tuks and enjoy the tour together.
How do I cancel my reservation and request a refund?
Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within the last 24 hours are non-refundable.
For large groups (3 or more vehicles):
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the tour for a 100% refund.
Cancellations made between 7 and 5 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance are non-refundable.
We offer the option to reschedule your tour based on availability up to 24 hours before the tour start time. We understand unforeseen situations and evaluate each case individually.

Do tours take place on rainy and/or windy days?
Of course! As long as the weather conditions do not pose a risk to your safety or that of the driver-guide. Our tuk-tuks have transparent side covers and blankets to protect you from rain and cold.
Do I need to print any receipt to present on the day of the tour?
No, it is not necessary. You only need to show the identification document used to make the reservation.
What is the difference between private tours and open tours?
● Open Tour: Booking by individual seats (minimum 2 people). Possibility of sharing with other passengers.
● Private Tour: Exclusive reservation of the vehicle, without sharing with other passengers (maximum 4 people per tuk tuk).
For large groups, multiple vehicles will be used that will circulate together to enjoy the group experience.
